Telehealth Visits

All of our providers are now seeing patients via our Doxy.me.

It is important to be logged in with video and microphone working 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Please be patient, the providers can sometimes run a few minutes late. 

You should have received an email and/or text with a link to your providers Doxy.me waiting room.

NOTE: Telehealth is a billed visit with one of our providers instead of coming to our office. You are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance and non-covered services.

Information

If you are scheduled for voice or video visit with one of our providers, here are some things you should know:

  • If they are contacting you by phone or Facetime, be prepared ahead of time.
  • The Caller ID may be blocked. You’ll still need to answer the call.
  • Be prepared a few minutes ahead of time and, since they sometimes get delayed, keep an eye on your phone for 10-15 minutes after the appointment time.
  • If you completely miss your appointment or they can’t reach you, don’t worry, a medical assistant will call later and reschedule.
  • Please do your best to be prepared.
